Boston Dynamics’ Atlas shows off a new set of skills

Yeah but…

After reading a number of the responses from tekkies and real brains on various websites featuring this news on what Boston Dynamics has been up to since the dance competition, may I say how impressed I am, as always, by NI (Natural Intelligence) without which AI would never be able to, well, get off the ground.

And, of course, this only increases my awe of, and allegiance to, UI (Ultimate Intelligence) without Whom there would be neither of either.

Meanwhile, to the self-proclaimed Masters of the Universe currently strutting their own, in this case DI (Dark Intelligence), stuff in Davos and assuming in their unmitigated hubris the planet and all who inhabit it is their playground–I’d watch out for weasels.

No, seriously (https://www.cnn.com/2016/04/29/tech/cern-weasel-irpt/index.html).

Because, for one thing, you folks are NOT all that and a bag of, ah, chips.

And, for another, because in the spirit of He Who may decide to deploy “…the weak things of the world to shame the strong…wisdom that will always confound the world’s “wise” (1 Corinthians 1: 27) weasels matter, too, in the grander scheme of things.

(I often think UI has such an exceptionally fine sense of humor.)
