My sister and researcher Claire Gumbs offers another Biblical prophecy pattern concerning time in the context of the Metonic Cycle. As always, she presents her synopsis in graphic/table format for easy reference.

What is the significance of this pattern?

Here is an excerpt:

5700/1940 was the end/start of the fourth time in all of history when the 19 year Metonic cycle exactly coincided with the 1900th year. There have been three, one hundred cycles so far. 5776/2016 is the 19th year of the fourth Metonic cycle in this fourth 100-cycle series.

In the first century, when Messiah came, the Bible says Rachel wept because she was bereaved of her children. Herod slew all the Jewish male babies in the environs of Bethlehem looking to kill the Messiah.

In 5700/1940 Hitler tried to kill as many of the Jewish people as he could because the one who possessed him understood the season for Messiah to return for His people was upon us.

1900 years for the Jewish people to Messiah.

1900 years for Messiah to the Gentile people.

The 20th Century (1900’s) for the Gentile people began what has become a rush of end of days, Biblical prophecies unfolding before our eyes; signals indicating “…the times of the Gentiles” are coming to an end. Soon…

When Claire began this study and realized the 19 was first measured in centuries, then years, she prayed, “Yeshua, what is the significance of the number nineteen (1,900 years, 19 years)?”

“It means the time is shortened”…

…is what came in response.

I don’t think so. Consider:

IF Jesus Christ is the same, “yesterday, today, and forever,” and

IF He invites us to, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light” (Matthew 11:28-30 NIV), and

IF His word is true…

Then we can still glean peace in His presence, even now, no matter what rages about.

As He, Himself, put it:

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid (Jesus).
